A functional bodyweight session focused on improving the cardiovascular fitness, overall power and core stability using dynamic movement patterns. Suitable for all fitness levels.

What to Bring

  • Firstly, try to arrive 5 minutes early so you can get prepared and get any equipment you need in place
  • Clothes to allow for movement and suitable for the activity
  • Water – Stay hydrated at all times to ensure you last the pace!
  • Handtowel – believe us, you’ll need it!!
