WHAT IS BODYPUMP?

A Les Mills BodyPump class uses light to moderate weights with scientifically-backed moves and techniques, that aims to burn up to 400 calories while shaping and toning your entire body, increasing your core strength and bone health. With upbeat music and lots of motivation, you will be pushed to achieve the most out of your workout. Our BodyPump classes are available in 55, 44 or 30-minute workouts so perfect for people with busy schedules.

THE SCIENCE OF BODYPUMP

Using The REP Effect, BodyPump classes use light weights and high repetition to achieve sculpted shoulders, defined biceps and triceps, strong lean legs and tight core while aiding your metabolism.

A typical BodyPump class you will perform between 800 – 1000 reps which is more than four times someone training alone can achieve.

FAQ's

All you need to bring to the class is comfortable workout clothes and runners, a water bottle and a towel. All equipment needed for the class will be available in the studio.

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. The instructors will provide options throughout the class to suit everyone. We recommend to start with light weights or even just a bar if it’s your first time. If you are pregnant we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history.

We recommend no more than 2-3 classes a week. Speak to our instructors who will be happy to advise you better to your fitness levels.
